Touch for Health (TFH) Kinesiology Level 1

2 day workshop

Summary

Touch for Health (TFH) Level 1 is an introductory kinesiology course that helps balance the body’s energy to promote health and well-being. Developed by Dr. John Thie in the 1970s, it blends Eastern and Western healing principles, focusing on muscle and energy pathways.

This hands-on workshop is highly interactive, with most of the time spent on demonstrations and practical exercises. This ensures participants gain confidence in using the techniques to help themselves, family, and friends.

No prior knowledge is required. People take this course to enhance existing skills, for self-development, or just for fun.

It can be a standalone workshop or the first step toward becoming a practitioner. There are four levels in total, each taught over two days, providing a deeper understanding of muscle testing and energy balancing.

By completing TFH Level 1, participants gain valuable tools to support well-being, vitality, and self-awareness in everyday life.
