Mentoring differs from Life Coaching and Counselling in that you are working with an expert in the field whose wealth of knowledge and experience enables you, the mentee, to grow, learn and be challenged with support. As a mentor, Jane knows what it takes to succeed and how to ride the bumps in the road – she has been there and done it!
Discussing any blocks you are experiencing in your work will enable you to find a way through that suits YOU and supports your personal growth as you move towards your potential and your desires.

Jane is a registered mentor with the Kinesiology Federation and with the TFH Professional School.
Costs
- The fee for mentoring is £80 per hour pro rata (minimum 30mins).
- Session length will be agreed upon in advance
- A written summary of the session, including any actions that have been agreed, will be provided
