What to Expect from an Animal Kinesiology Consultation

Animal kinesiology is a gentle and supportive approach that helps identify and release stress, balance energy, and improve well-being. It can support animals experiencing behavioural issues, anxiety, physical discomfort, or unexplained changes in health.

Important Information

Before booking, owners must sign a declaration confirming they have consulted their vet and received approval for their animal to receive kinesiology. This is a complementary approach and does not replace veterinary care.

What to Expect in a Session

Each session is tailored to your animal’s unique needs, lasting up to 90 minutes.

The Process:

1. Pre-Session Questionnaire

  • Before our appointment, you’ll complete a well-being and lifestyle questionnaire to help me understand your animal’s history, current concerns, and goals.

2. Home Visit & Discussion

  • I visit your home, and before meeting your animal, we have an in-depth conversation about their well-being goals, behaviours, and any challenges you’re experiencing.

3. Meet your animal – Discovering the Root Cause

  • Through muscle monitoring (via surrogate testing), we identify where stress is stored in your animal’s body and determine the techniques needed to restore balance.

4. Releasing Stress & Restoring Balance

  • Using personalized Touch for Health kinesiology techniques, we work to release stress, support energy flow, and bring emotional and physical harmony to your animal.

Subsequent Sessions & Ongoing Support

Healing is a journey, and some animals benefit from regular sessions to maintain balance and well-being.

Often, our animals are deeply connected to our own state of being, mirroring our stress, emotions, or imbalances. In follow-up sessions, there is an opportunity to work on both the animal and the owner, allowing you to find harmony together. We can explore this if you feel it would be beneficial.
