Session Format

Each session lasts up to 90 minutes. You remain fully clothed and have the option to sit, stand, or lie down on a couch—whatever feels most comfortable for you.

The process

 

  1. Discuss Your Objectives
    We start with an in-depth discussion of your wellbeing goals, helping to identify and explore your core concerns.
  2. Discover the Root Cause
    Through muscle monitoring, we allow your subconscious body to guide us in pinpointing where stress is stored and which techniques are required to restore balance.
  3. Release and Balance
    Using personalized techniques, we release stress and restore harmony to your physical body and emotional state, enabling meaningful change.

First session – 90 Minutes – £100

 The first session includes:

  • comprehensive consultation where we review your health history and explore the wellbeing goals you wish to achieve.
  • An introduction to muscle monitoring, giving you insight into how the process works.

Subsequent sessions

During follow-up sessions, we’ll continue to explore your goals, address any additional concerns, and refine the techniques used for your ongoing wellbeing journey.

The number of sessions required depends on your unique needs and preferences. While significant changes are often noticed within three sessions, ongoing support may be beneficial. Sessions are ideally spaced up to one month apart.
